The 20th century brought phenomenal advances for mankind. However, this progress has come at a price that we are just beginning to understand. In fact, daily life for many inhabitants of our planet has become a challenge as environmental influences have upset nature's delicate balance—in the wild, in rural areas, in our cities, in our homes, and even in our bodies. Modern life exposes us to a vast array of chemicals, radiation, and pollution in the foods we eat, in the air we breathe—especially indoors, in the water we drink, and in the products that have become a part of our daily life.

At the beginning of the 20th century the rate of cancer was about 1 in 1000. At the beginning of the 21st century, just 100 years later, the rate is 1 in 3. Most of us have stared this killer in the eyes as it afflicted friends and family, some in their 40s, 30s, or even younger. Many in the baby boomer generation have witnessed our parents' decline in their senior years in ways that our grandparents didn't experience, even if they lived to a ripe old age. We have felt anxious as we observed an alarming increase in serious childhood illnesses and developmental disorders. And we are slowly but surely becoming aware of the irreversible devastation that conventional industry and the excesses of our modern lifestyle are having on the earth we all share.

This business is a family affair...

For several years we have been searching for, researching, purchasing and evaluating green, non-toxic and organic home furnishings that will help keep our family happy and healthy as well as help keep the earth a nice place to live. We thought it might be a good idea to share the things we found with other families, so this website was born in early 2007. Every product line we carry is one that has been thoroughly researched and family-tested by us, so you don't have to spend countless hours searching for furnishings and products to make your home a healthier place.

Foust; water systems that use the latest technology to purify water without electricity or waste by LivingWaters, bright light therapy boxes for drug-free treatment of SAD, depression, jet lag, insomnia, PMS, and various other disorders, an infrared LED light for non-invasive, chemical-free skin rejuvenation and pain treatment, and and a few other goodies for home and health.
