Organic ½" Wool-Filled Cotton Mattress Pad

Inside this tufted mattress pad is ½" of compressed natural wool from organically raised sheep. Processed in Pure-Rest's own facility to keep out contaminants, the wool is not in contact with machinery that handles non-organic materials. The natural wool filling provides bacteria and mildew resistance in addition to flame retardancy. Wool wicks moisture away from your body, so this is a good choice for those that may sweat at night but prefer a softer feel than our all-cotton quilted pad.

This 1½" thick, hand-tufted, deluxe mattress pad gives your bed a soft, lofty feel. Processed in Pure-Rest's own facility to keep out contaminants, the wool is not in contact with machinery that handles non-organic materials. Certified Organic O-Wool™ Moisture Pad

This "puddle pad" moisture protector is made from pure organic merino wool from healthy, organically raised sheep. The wool is not cleaned with sulfuric acid, instead it is combed to retain purity while still providing a clean product. Wool naturally repels wetness, dust mites and mold, and is a natural flame retardant.

• Occasional machine wash and hang dry. Airing, rather than washing, will help the wool retain its natural lanolin. Should not need constant washing because wool does not harbor bacteria or mold.
• Sheep have dark and light coats, so you may see a few dark fibers mixed in with the light.
