SHIPPING LOCATION
Most products we offer are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse or factory. When you click a "buy now" button you will see the method of shipment and shipping location, or see list below.

SHIPPING COST / QUOTES
The shipping cost will appear during the check-out process unless a quote is required. Because some items require us to get a shipping quote to your specific location, our system will ask for your name and other shipment details before you arrive at the screen with the shipping cost. We apologize for this inconvenience. Rest assured that we do not collect your personal information or share it with any third parties; it is only used in the shipping quote process. For items requiring a shipping quote we will make every effort to reply by email with a link to the shipping/purchase screen within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

If you are purchasing several items our system occasionally calculates shipping too high. If it seems like you were overcharged on shipping please contact us and we will issue a credit if the actual shipping cost is less than you paid.

AVAILABILITY / SHIPPING TIMES
Many items we carry are in stock for shipment within 1-5 workdays, but some are made to order. Typical made-to-order times are listed on most web pages, but inventory level and production backlog change frequently so we are unable to show specific availability on our website. If you would like to know of any possible delays before ordering please contact us. Otherwise, we will inform you if an item is backordered as soon as possible after you place your order.

DELIVERY
Some products require a signature for delivery. If you will not be home on the delivery date you can call the carrier with your tracking number to discuss delivery and pick-up options. Most large items shipped to a residence require a delivery appointment. When the shipping company calls to make the appointment there will be some flexibility in scheduling, but if they need to store the items for more than a few days, storage fees may be incurred and these fees will be billed to you. If items appear to be damaged at time of delivery, the damage must be noted on the delivery receipt to enable us to file a shipping claim for repair or replacement.
